The programme

If you feel you could do with an ongoing sounding board, or one of your senior leaders could do with further support, I offer executive coaching. This is particularly useful for CEOs new to their role, or senior leaders who’ve taken on a larger remit.

You care about your people thriving, and you’re carrying a lot of it on your own. Coaching gives you a confidential space to step back, get clear and lead the way you want to.

How it works

  1. 01

    Align

    We start with a three-way alignment meeting between you, me and your company sponsor, so the goals of the coaching are shared and explicit.

  2. 02

    Coach

    Six monthly sessions of 60 minutes each, in person, online or blended. Each session works on what is live for you, against the goals we set.

  3. 03

    Embed

    We debrief with you and your sponsor at the mid-point and at the end, so progress is visible and the gains hold after the programme finishes.
