    I scope the programme with your sponsor, and every participant completes a DISC Core Assessment and receives their individual report.

  2. 02

    Workshop

    Two half-day workshops: the first builds individual and team awareness, the second applies it to real communication and conflict scenarios.

  3. 03

    Debrief

    Two debriefs with your sponsor, plus participant feedback surveys and a programme report.
