The programme

For leadership teams where their values are on the wall, but not playing out in the behaviours and ways people work together. It’s time for a reset.

Perhaps the team has grown and your culture feels a little diluted. Perhaps the values were written years ago and nobody quite remembers how. I work with your team to agree what your values look like day to day, in their words, not a framework off the shelf.

  • A short set of principles your team wrote themselves, so they recognise them
  • A shared way of talking about behaviour and holding each other to account
  • Clear values, written as verbs, so people know what they look like in action

How it works

    Prepare

    I meet with your company sponsor to scope the outcome, then send a questionnaire and reflective pre-work to every participant.

  2. 02

    Facilitate

    A half-day workshop, in person or online, where the team defines the principles and behaviours that will guide how they work.

  3. 03

    Report

    I debrief with your sponsor and provide a Team Values Alignment report, plus a summary of participant feedback.
